These insights are shared by Shreyas, will surely help you take decision faster and communicate better

Product Management has 2 levels of outlook
Impact Level dealt with CEOs, CXOs and
Execution level dealt with operating managers and product managers
Startups or companies end up wasting a lot of time because they crib on different objectives but still work towards the same mission. To make it simpler for you let's take an example
Example: Shah Rukh(CEO) and Anirudh(COO) started a company called Red Thoughts Utensils.
They have common mission that is to make great Barthans(Utensils) and add flavour of creativity and design as well to stand out
Team Shah Rukh Khan
Shah Rukh (aka the CEO) is all about dreaming big and thinking about the impact your products will have. He's the guy who's always brainstorming, designing a killer website, and crafting an epic brand message. Shah Rukh's vision is so grand it could rival a Bollywood blockbuster!
Team Anirudh
There's Anirudh (aka the COO), who's all about making things happen. He's not into daydreaming, he's all about using the resources at hand, getting those Barthans out there, and making sales channels run like a well-oiled machine
You might be thinking, "Anirudh's got it all figured out!" as he will get the ball rolling, but sadly most of the startups just end up following the style of SRK even at a place where they cant afford to be and at that times Shreyas Doshi’s Play Of Perspectives will make a lot of sense
It's like understanding the other person's language, getting their vision, and then looking at where your business stands. If you've got enough cash stashed away to keep the lights on for three months, go ahead and focus on branding. But if not, it's time to roll up your sleeves and dive into execution mode.
Why, you ask? Well, because Impact and Execution aren't enemies, they're like peanut butter and jelly. By taking action, by executing your plans, you get real-world data. Data you can use to make smart decisions, adjust your strategy, and actually bring your dreams to life.
But here's the kicker. In the wild world of startups and companies, you'll always meet dreamers and doers, just like SRK and Anirudh. The key to leveling up your career? Speak their language. Connect with them on their level, share your perspectives, and create a killer collaboration where Impact and Execution work together like Batman and Robin.
See this insight is helpful for both Founder and Employees. Like
For Founder: They can understand how to think in two levels at the start of a meeting so that they can know what to focus on which will surely increase the productivity
For Employees: They can understand what company wants and what they should deliver. By understanding this levels they will know how to communicate to higher management and then how to get the things done as well
So, the next time you find yourself caught between the dreamers and the action heroes, remember Shreyas Doshi's golden advice.
I want to join you and Shah Rukh in your company. :D
