Love Letter to Tim Urban
Check out the FREE YOUTUBE LINKS provided at the end, will surely help you
Hey there! Who doesn't love writing letters, huh? In this format, I'll be sharing some killer PEOPLE RECOMMENDATIONS. Brace yourselves for a fun filled journey!
Dear Tim,
First things first, I gotta admit it I love you, man. No, no, not in the romantic way, let's keep this bromance strictly hetero, but I've got mad respect for you. Your TED Talk? Mind-blowing! Yeah, I know you hear that all the time, but I promise this letter isn't just about a 10-minute talk. I've practically devoured all your podcasts and read, well, let's say a handful of your blogs (okay, fine, it's only five), and it hit me: there's something about you, Tim, something special
1. Who do we fall for
It's like a recipe. You need a dash of yourself in them, a sprinkle of what you admire. Like for me, my Long Time (Crush+Love+Friend ) had this mix
The similarities
- Value system towards relations
- Talkative
The things I admire to be
- Ability to say NO
- Love herself
With you, it's all about our shared procrastination skills and different interests, but I secretly adore your nerdy side. Love's a quirky recipe!
2. What I learnt from you
Alright, let's dive into a lesson I picked up, Tim. You know, I used to believe that writing had to be this all-serious, brainy affair. Like, you had to sound like a walking thesaurus and solve complex equations with every sentence.
But then, cue the epiphany music, I stumbled upon Wait But Why. And you, Tim Urban, with your doodles and delightful explanations, shattered my literary misconceptions.
You said something that really stuck with me: there are thousands of Tim Urbans out there, and you write for them. It hit me like a revelation pie to the face. Why should I be the same old cookie-cutter version of what everyone's doing? Why not march to the beat of my own, perhaps slightly off-key, drum?
So, these days, I'm ditching the "shoulds" and embracing the "wishes." I'm carving my own path, doing whatever tickles my creative fancy. It's a wild experiment, I admit, but I'm hoping to stumble upon my comfy, creative nook in this crazy journey.
OfCourse I binged on you and sharing a few sources links below:

So these are my favorites, would like to do a podcast with you and actually meet you one day if possible . I'd love to chat about different things on a podcast with you, and who knows, maybe one day we'll cross paths in the real world. I mean, come on, that would be legendary, right?
But here's the kicker, man. It's not every day you stumble upon someone who inspires you to the point where you're practically sprinting to your keyboard. I've been binge watching your work, and guess what? I've already churned out three blogs just by gazing at your brilliance. And the best part? This blog train is far from its final destination, my friend. I'm cranking out more, hoping people will dig my style as much as I do.
Have you ever been so inspired by someone that you couldn't help but take action? And, hey, how do you handle that Panick Monster when it comes to diving into research-heavy topics? Let's swap stories and strategies!
With love
